Traffic cameras captured the subsequent chaos on I-275 Northbound, with the suspect's white Honda weaving erratically. At approximately 8:33 p.m., the suspect deliberately struck and killed a pedestrian in what police believe to be an intentional act. The suspect continued his destructive path, hitting another pedestrian, who fortunately survived.
At 8:39 p.m., the violent spree continued as the suspect drove onto a sidewalk, severely injuring another person. Despite suffering serious head injuries, this victim is expected to recover.
